Pick-up
Our trip begins in Salento, the guide and driver will pick you up at 8:30 a.m. in a private vehicle that will take us to the Santa Rita farm on a trip of approximately 25 minutes.
Arrival at Santa Rita and start of the hike
After receiving the guide's recommendations, you will begin to walk the reserve where you will be able to appreciate the great landscapes of this incredible reserve, with technical stops to hydrate and at the same time the guide will surprise you with his environmental and historical interpretation of this place.
Arrival at the waterfall and swim
In less than 30 minutes walking we will arrive at the first waterfall, which has a natural pool of crystal-clear water where we can enjoy a relaxing swim and eat snacks.
Start of the hike for the return
To return to our starting point, we will take a different path up the mountain, entering a thick forest, which will allow us to appreciate the mountain from another perspective.
Lunch and return to the meeting point
After enjoying the great attractions of this tour, we will take the vehicle again to visit a local restaurant and have a delicious lunch with an incredible view and return to our meeting point.
What physical condition do I need?: To undertake this hike, you must be in good physical condition. To make the most of your trip, you must be able to walk a distance of 5 km between ascents and descents.
Briefing: All briefings take place the day before the trip at your hotel. The meetings last approximately 30 to 45 minutes. We will check that you have everything you need, answer any questions you may have about the trek, and you can also pay the remaining 50%.
Where can I store my main luggage?: During the trip, you can store your main luggage free of charge in our storage room. You can also safely store any equipment you won't need for the tour at your hotel. Almost all hotels offer this service.
Pickup: All pickups take place within the city of Salento, but we recommend booking a hotel that is as centrally located as possible and with a good location. If you are staying in an area far from the city center, you will have to pay an additional pickup fee. Our staff will confirm your pickup time the day before the tour.
Reservations and Prepayment: To book this adventure, simply select your desired date and reserve 50% of the total. The remaining 50% is typically paid the day before the trek begins at the briefing.
Accepted Payment Methods: For the first and last payment, we accept cash, credit, and debit cards.

- Days before the trek, pay attention to your diet, avoid alcohol or drugs, and avoid smoking.
- Do not consume alcoholic beverages or hallucinogenic drugs before and during the trek.
- Do not extract any plant or animal species from the ecosystem.
