These terms and conditions apply to any registration of personal data made in person and/or virtually to link to any of our services. The data subject registers or submits their information freely and voluntarily, authorizing El Sendero to process their data, which they have previously and expressly stated, and therefore acknowledges that they have read and expressly accept these terms and conditions.

Data Processing Authorization
Through this authorization, El Sendero, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, which establishes provisions for the protection of personal data, seeks to enforce the constitutional guarantee of protection of personal privacy by establishing efficient instruments and controls to ensure appropriate processing of the information it manages. This text establishes the terms, conditions, and purposes under which El Sendero, as the controller of the personal data obtained through its various in-person and virtual customer service channels, processes the information of all individuals who, at any time, have provided personal data for reasons related to the entity's business. The data subject registers or submits their information freely and voluntarily and acknowledges that they have read and expressly accepted these terms and conditions.

Purpose of Data Processing
The Personal Data that El Sendero requests will be used for the following purposes:
1. Your Personal Data will be included in one or more databases for the purpose of efficient communication with the Data Subject, through any means of contact, related to our services, promotions, events, advertising campaigns, email marketing campaigns, benefits, applicable conditions or policies, customer service channels, and/or social media.
2. To inform you about changes to our services or new ones related to the contracted or purchased service(s).
3. Evaluate service quality.
4. Prepare and report statistical information, satisfaction surveys, market studies, and analyses, including the possibility of contacting you for these purposes by El Sendero.
5. Identify, collect, and associate data with information about the owner's browsing preferences on the El Sendero website, as well as georeferencing and/or specific location data generated by mobile devices, to improve the user experience, understand their browsing profile, and deliver information and/or targeted advertising about our own or third-party products and/or services.
6. Transmit this data to third parties acting as processors or involved in operational processes located within Colombia.
7. Rights of the Personal Data Subject.
The Data Subject is informed of the rights granted by personal data protection laws, which are listed below and which El Sendero guarantees through compliance with the defined procedures:
1. To know, update, and rectify your Personal Data with El Sendero, in its capacity as Data Controller.
2. To request proof of the authorization granted to El Sendero, in its capacity as Data Controller.
3. To be informed by El Sendero, upon request, regarding the use of your Personal Data.
4.To file complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce for violations of the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and other regulations that modify, supplement, or complement it, once you have exhausted the consultation or complaint process with the Data Controller.
5. Revoke Authorization and/or request data deletion when processing does not respect constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees.
6. Access your Personal Data that has been processed free of charge.
